After placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation. Please take a moment to check that everything is correct. If any changes are needed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and they will assist you in updating your order.
Delivery Planning
Our logistics team will review your order and confirm if we can deliver during your selected delivery week. If not, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. No later than the day before delivery, the carrier will contact you via SMS or phone call with information about the date and time of your delivery.
