If the house were a couple of centimetres wider, it would be easier to place a 2-metre bed there. Worked well with the foundation, delivery and assembly. Overall, we are satisfied.

Generally speaking, we are very satisfied with the delivery of the Eva house and Kivi sauna. We ordered both at the same time. The quality of the materials is very good, we have nothing to complain about. There were minor complaints that were addressed quickly and unbureaucratically by Polhus. Everything fitted and there were enough nails, screws, and auxiliary materials. The packaging and mode of delivery were also good.

Everything, the house, the quality, the simplicity of assembly was beyond expectations. However, I wished for a description of how to lay the roofing felt on a house with four ridges.

Incredibly easy to assemble

Everything has worked well and it is a nice affordable build that we use for bicycle and garden sheds. The only problem was that some of the timber was the wrong length so we had to cut it afterward. A bit strange.

Overall it was very good, good quality, good instructions, and good service. Almost every plank was flawless which is unusual.

A more detailed assembly manual would have been good. For a novice in carpentry it would have been difficult. I also think it would be good to have a vent. I will probably cut out for one. I also found that the hard blocks you had to order did not work well, it would have been better with something on a roll. Otherwise, I am very satisfied, and it has met my expectations.

For me who isn't a carpenter by trade, even though I am smart and handy, it was very overwhelming and difficult to understand the drawings. The descriptions and films do not quite match the materials and the house I bought. So there was a lot of improvisation, which took considerably longer than I had hoped for. But overall! Decent material but could have been a bit more generous with screws for a layman.

It has been a fun DIY project. I hired a carpenter for 1 day to help build the house, the rest I did myself. The assembly instructions are not 100% complete as I made some changes myself. The house will be used as a home office.

The best part was the space inside and the loft. Seems to be well insulated. 4 fantastically skilled younger men assembled quickly. Knew what they were supposed to do. The work flowed. It was a joy to experience and see how the house was built and see their skill. Moreover, they were very nice.

Good advice during order, delivery, and assembly

I had carpenters who erected the frame and inner ceiling and insulated the floor. They thought the parts fit well. They changed the floor joists. Replaced them with 170 cm This meant that fewer load-bearing beams were needed and more space for insulation.

The material and design were good, roughly what I expected. The assembly went mostly very well, some steps were difficult. For example, "hammering" some parts together was difficult while others went very easily. The instructions can be improved, but I called <b>2</b> times and got immediate help, very good support!

Easy to assemble but the last round did not match the gables, the side rounds were about 8 mm lower so the roof could not rest on the final round, but I solved it by splitting it myself

The model is excellent. If I could wish for anything more, it would be an "extended entrance"; roof over the door and perhaps space on the side - for storage.
