Manual for adjusting doors
Adjusting a door with the help of its hinge:
Sometimes a door might stick, which means that it resists when it's closed. Depending on where it the resistance is, you can use the door hinge to adjust the door.
First lift the door from the hinges, by opening the door and lifting the door leaf. You can then screw in and out the hinge brackets, both in the door leaf itself and at the hinge in the frame and try lifting and removing the door leaf a few times while adjusting the hinge brackets for different numbers of turns.
If the door sticks on the front edge of the door, at the top of the door leaf
Lift off the door leaf. Screw in the hinge at the top of the door leaf two turns. Unscrew the hinge at the bottom of the door leaf two turns. Leave the hinge in the middle intact. Lift the door leaf back onto the door frame and see if it has helped.
If there's a gap in the front edge of the door at the bottom, making it uneven when closing.
Lift off the door leaf. Unscrew the hinge at the top of the door frame two turns. Screw in the hinge at the bottom of the door frame two turns. Leave the hinge in the middle intact. Lift the door leaf back onto the door frame to see if it has helped.
Adjusting the door with the help of the door hinge:
If the sauna door lock isn't shutting properly, and the door opens by itself or is moving even though it is closed, you can easily adjust it.
By screwing in or out the screw that is located under the roller, you can adjust how far out the roller in the door leaf should be. Try screwing it a few turns at a time.
