Carl-Philip is a bright and airy two-storey house in a pleasant modernist style. The interior balcony gives the house a fantastic sense of space.
Carl-Philip is a Scandinavian designed holiday home with incredible space and beautiful modernist-inspired details. Half of the house consists of a social area with an open plan layout and large glass sections that allow the room to be flooded with light. The glass doors on two sides create a natural passage between the living room and the garden – perfect for barbecues.
The house is a two-floor house with a spacious upper floor. The living room has an interior balcony that connects the floors and creates an impressive sense of space. The total living area of approximately 80 m² includes a bedroom on the upper floor, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living room on the ground floor.
The timber thickness of 90 mm gives a powerful and solid impression with high-quality triple glazed windows and doors. The summer house Carl-Philip is delivered as a building kit. If you have any questions before, during, or after the assembly, our experienced building experts are always on hand. Of course, we also offer assembly service – at a fixed price.
