On the ground floor, you have the option to install a modern bathroom complete with sink, toilet, and shower. Right next to the living room, there is space for a kitchen with a sink in line with the window. The window placement is strategic with generous natural light and a pleasant view, while there is wall space without windows for easier furnishing. On the upper floor, there is a cosy loft with ample space for additional sleeping areas.
