A welcoming garden house with a well-planned and open layout.

Annedal is a stylish garden house with a clean and serene silhouette. The floor plan has an open flow with rooms in succession and a small loft. A both beautiful and practical wooden house.

The building is inviting. Along the front, double doors welcome you while the back is shielded from view. In the centre of the house, there is space to build an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The loft offers the possibility of storage or additional sleeping places. The smaller room can be furnished as a comfortable and modern bathroom. Annedal is prepared for approval as an ancillary residence with an entrance door, bathroom door, and bathroom designed according to accessibility standards.

Annedal is delivered as an untreated kit in building elements. The kit consists of ready-made wall elements as well as joists and roof construction in pre-cut lengths. The wall modules are prepared with wind barrier paper and are adapted so you can insulate the building. The windows are solid triple-glazed windows with tempered glass and a U-value of 0.9. Below you can find more detailed information. Do you have any questions already? Feel free to book a meeting with one of our experts.
