Annedal is a stylish garden house with a clear and calm silhouette. The floor plan features an open flow with adjoining rooms and a small loft. A beautiful and practical wooden house.
The building is welcoming. Double doors greet you at the front, while the back is shielded from prying eyes. In the center of the house, there’s space for an open kitchen with a dining area. The loft provides options for storage or additional sleeping space. The smaller room can be designed as a comfortable and modern bathroom.
Annedal is delivered as an untreated kit in building elements. The kit consists of ready-made wall elements, as well as floor beams and roof construction in pre-cut lengths. The wall modules are prepared with a vapor barrier and are designed for you to insulate the building. The windows are solid triple-glazed with tempered glass and a U-value of 0.9.
