The layout is efficient, with a practical sleeping loft that frees up space for the kitchen, bathroom, and living room on the ground floor.
In Garden House Sam, you live brightly and comfortably in a compact area. The living room has two large windows and full ceiling height to create a spacious feel. In the smaller rooms, you can furnish a kitchen and bathroom. The loft on the upper floor can be used as a bedroom. With a sofa bed in the lounge and a furnished sleeping loft, there is plenty of room for guests to stay overnight.
